When you receive your product, if for any reason you are not satisfied or the product is not what you expected, then please return it to me and I will refund your payment. Please note this returns gaurentee does not cover digital files.

Photo Lab Prints

All prints are printed in a Photo Lab using FujiFilm Crystal Archive papers at 300 dpi, the fade resistance of the prints is rated at 150 years.

I will spend more time on post processing on an image, optimizing it for printing before I send it to the print Lab. The images you see in the galleries do not have much post processing done to them, just some levels adjustments.
In some cases I can supply larger print sizes than the sizes stated in the galleries, even up to 30x20 inch. Please contact me with the ref number and I will contact you if or if not we can do that size for your selected image.

As these prints are done off site and there will be a turnaround peroid of 5 days, I will also do a quality check on all the prints before I send them onto cutomers.

Post is via Royal Mail 1st class, prints are wrapped to prevent any marking and delivered in a card envelope to stop bending in the post. Postage costs are £1.50

Canvas Wraps

We use a Geraman company for all our canvas wraps. All canvas wraps use high-class italian canvas which is based on natural cotton.

The frame is made of scandinavian wood.After the printing, the canvas is carefully being wrapped over the edge of the stretchers and stapled on the reverse, so that as a result you get a final product that can be hung up at home as wall decor like a painting.
Please contact us if you would like to order an image from the galleries onto a canvas wrap so we can make sure the image you select will be of enough size to fit the largest of canvas sizes.

Custom Products

In 2008 we will be bringing in new products including canvas prints. We have yet to decide on a supplier and check the quality but we will be offering large canvas prints on selected images.

Commemorative Bordered Prints
These are 12 x 8 inch and 6 x 9 Lab prints that have a coloured border and an image of your choice. As standard , I put the race title at the top and your name under your image.
You can however have any text you want and any colour of border you want. Prints are priced at £13.50 for 12 x8 and £9.50 for 6 x 9 inch.

If you decide on your own text and colour option, then when ordering in the galleries put that information in the comments box.

This was a custom made 20 x 8 inch 3 in 1 print priced at £19.99 This option is now available in the packages options when ordering. We can make other larger prints and designs on request, contact us with your ideas and we will price your design for you.



Custom Books
These are custom made books talilored to individuals or teams requirements.
Bespoke full colour books sized at 21 x 29 cm. Starting at 18 pages of 2 mm card pages with the images printed using a chemical developing process on Fuji's Photographic Paper. Covers have a foam layer on the inside that provides a very pleasant touch.

In addition, the strong bookbinding (similar to those digital wedding books) allows to open 180 degrees so that you can view the pages completely flat, this is the ideal album to present double-paged photographic compositions and is offered from 18, 22, 26, and 30 pages. Normal cost 70.00 GBP.

Custom Calanders
A single page custom calander sized A4 costing £8.50 or A3 costing £11.00. Printed on the highest quality Fuji Crystal Archive matt paper for any image in the galleries. Please note that these are Lab prints and the layout will depend on the image you select ie landscape or portrait.

12 page custom calendars features 12 months and a captioned cover sheet in a choice of two great sizes: large or medium. Calendars are made from 13 spiral bound A4 (11.7"x8.2") pages costing 24.99 GBP. The large one opens out to A3-size (16.4"x11.7") for wall hanging costing 34.99 GBP.

You can choose the starting month and each page is printed on highest quality sturdy white card - so you can easily write in your own special dates! You can create personalised calendars for all of your friends & family.

Cermaic Mugs
The mugs are approx 8cm in dia and 9cm high in white ceramic costing £13.00. If you want text on the opposite side of the image please put your text in the comments box when ordering via the gallery cart system.

Mouse Matts
Mousematts are sized 248mm by 190mm and cost £12.00 and have a flexible fabric coating with a rubberized underside.




Digital Media

An image can be purchased as a digital file for your own personal use. The 72dpi 5 x7 files and are approx 400 x 500 pixels in size. They are good enough quality for computer screens, they don't match the quality of the prints we offer, they are really for you computer screen.
Unless requested otherwise the files will be sent in sRGB colour space and as a JPG file format.

If you are looking for a digital file in a larger dpi size and will produce a larger print above 5 x 7 inch, if its for your own private use then please contact us with the ref number of the image and we can discuss your requirements and we can give you a cost figure for the file.

These files are for your own private use, are not for commercial publication, to be used by third parties or re sale. Copyright will be retained by Imac Images. I take copyright very seriously, so please always ask before you use any image taken from the website.

Digital files can either be e-mailed or sent on CD with a jewel case, which ever is suited to you the customer. If you are purchasing a digital file through the gallery cart system and require it to be e-mailed, please remember to select 'no' for P & P when ordering.
