Freelance Commisions
I am available for freelance work
and commisions and accept assigments at negotiated industry rates.
My standard contract provides for me to retain all rights
to the images I shoot and they are supplied non exclusive
use unless agreed otherwise.
If you require to own the copyright outright to the
images, I will gladly negotiate with you a copyright
transfer fee.
I am fully digitally equipped with wireless laptop
and digital use Nikon Pro DSLR's. I use both PC and
MAC software and have a solid foundation in Photoshop
techniques. I am fully insured with public liability and indemnity insurance.

Editorial
/ News Publications & Magazines
We supplly images for editorial,
news or commentary to a number of broadsheet newspapers,
for example the Times, The Observer , Herald, the Scotsman
and a number of local newspapers. We also supply monthly
and bi monthly UK sports magazines with images from
the various events we have covered or from contracted
work. We can turn around
your requirements in a very short time frame to meet
you deadlines. We can supply digital files of any
size and dpi or format to suit your needs from 72
dpi to 300 dpi poster sized images. All images supplied
by are under licence and copyright is retained
by ImacImages.

Commercial
Websites
We can supply digital images from
the current online galleries or be contracted to shoot
images for your specific requirements to be used in
your commercial web site all under license (see below).
We can send electronically, ftp or e-mail or on CD/DVD
with raw images or pre sized images to suit your designs.

Elite Athlete Portfolios
We can now offer Elite atheltes
looking to create a portfolio book to use to show potentail
sponsors. The images can either be from actual races
or we can do an actual photoshoot of you on location
in your chosen sport. For an example shoot see here.

Marketing/Promotional/Advertising
If you are interested in using
any of the images from our archive for commercial marketing,
promotional or advetising then please note ImacImages
does not give any licence in respect of use of likeness,
names or trademarks depicted in the images nor does
ImacImages provide endemnity in regards of images supplied
and its use.
It is your responsibilty to ensure that all necessary
clearances and releases are obtained and not that of
ImacImages. Please also read our copyright page.

Event
Organiziers
We now capture , manage and share
high quality digital photographs better and faster than
ever before. ImacImages specializes in photography for
Triathlons, Cycling events but we can cover other major
and smaller events as well, we can help you record your
event and add that extra dimension.
We can also shoot specifically for you event sponsors
to help maximize their exposure, please note we would
deal directly with sponsors in regards to commercial
licensing of the images.
We have experience in covering large events for example
the 2006 British Duathlon Champs and Edinburgh Triathlons
and the 2007 European Duathlon Championships, where
ImacImages supplied a team of photographers to cover
the event.
All images are processed in a small timeframe, usually
between 1 or 2 days , after an event and uploaded
onto our web site for viewing and purchasing in the
galleries. For larger races we can offer a profit
share agreement, please contact us for further information
and what this would entail as an organizer.
We will offer a selection of free images from either
the race or the previous races for your event website
and your promotional flyers for advertising, all we
ask is that accreditation is given wherever it is
published or used.

Amateur
Sports Clubs
In certain cicumstances we offer
free images for sports clubs for your clubs websites.
The images are given under license and are not for general
distribution to club members nor for any commercial
puposes.
We ask in return that a link on your site in a promenant
view and linking back to ImacImages.
