All digital files or prints supplied to commercial customers are sold under licence with all Right Retained and unless agreed otherwise, copyright is retained by imacImages..

Unless agreed otherwise all digital files and prints sold for personal use are non exclusive and are not for re sale or use by third parties .

While I do choose to give images free to sports clubs, private websites and non commercial websites etc they are still under copyright and are not for republishing, re sale or third party use, for distribution nor commercial use unless under agreement and license from ImacImages.

You may not use ,manipulate images in any way that might be deemed defamatory, pornographic or libelous, obscene or imoral.

When you purchase an image from ImacImages either commercialy or for personal use, you are purchasing a license of use and not the actual image. You may not publish images on Facebook nor MySpace or social sites as under their T&C, when you do , under their Term you grant them an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license.

ImacImages does not offer any licence in respect of use of likeness, names or trademarks depicted in the images nor does ImacImages provide endemnity in regards of image suppllied and its use.

Images in the galleries are intended for personal and private use, for Editorial (eg news or commentary) , licensed commercial use. Any marketing, advertising or product promtional use will require a release from the individual in question.

ImacImages gives no release or clearances in this regrads, it is your responsibilty to ensure that all necessary clearances are obtained and not that of ImacImages.
We can however try to obtain this release for you but we are not obligated to do so..
